An all American wine list (put together by co-proprietor/wife Anne Steketee has more than 500 bottles, with an emphasis on small production wines from California, Washington state and Oregon. An extensive wine by the glass list includes at least 5 champagnes, 20-25 red/white wines and over 20 ports and dessert wines.

Port Land Grille frequently hosts wine dinners featuring winemakers from Miner Family Vineyard, Livingston-Moffet, Signorello, Swanson and Fiddlehead, among others.
