Party Menu (Option One)
Create a three course menu for your guests to enjoy ....$45 per person, minimum 20 guests. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability and chef's whims. Price doesn't include beverages, 7.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity.
FIRST COURSE ~ Choice of soup of the day or salad from the following selections:
SIMPLE SOUTHERN SALAD but goooood! A wedge of chilled iceberg lettuce, creamy blue cheese, buttermilk dressing, crisp apple-wood smoky bacon bits & chives
FARMER'S MARKET SALAD of house mixed baby organic greens, southern style pickled beets, hearts of palm, toasted sunflower seeds and choice of dressings ~ balsamic herb vinaigrette, creamy goat cheese, creamy bleu cheese vinaigrette, PLG's 1000 Island or Ranch
CEASAR SALAD with hearts of romaine, local cherry tomatoes, oil cured olives, carmelized onions, asiago cheese and truffled croutons

DESSERT~ You may pre-select for your guests one dessert from our regular dessert menu or we can create an assorted dessert platter - one for each table - featuring our most popular desserts for your guests to serve themselves from.
BEVERAGES~ We can serve a variety of wines from our glass pours or you can preorder from our extensive wine list. Premium liquors, interesting cocktails and a large selection of imported and domestic beers are readily available from the bar and we can provide an "open bar" or we can set up a "cash bar" for your guests. Non alcoholic beverages are charged as ordered and are not included in the prix fixe menu price.
