Sample Party Menu (Option One)

Create a four course menu for your guests to enjoy ....$48 per person, minimum 25 guests. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability and chef's whims. Price doesn't include beverages, sales tax and gratuity.

APPETIZERS ~ We will assemble an assortment of tasty appetizers, served either buffet or plattered, for your guests to enjoy upon arrival or during cocktails. "Chef's choice" is usually the way to go so you don't miss out on his new favorite thing but we certainly take requests!

FIRST COURSE ~ Choice of soup of the day or salad from the following selections:

SIMPLE SOUTHERN SALAD but goooood! A wedge of chilled iceberg lettuce, creamy blue cheese, buttermilk dressing, crisp apple-wood smoky bacon bits & chives

FARMER'S MARKET SALAD of house mixed baby organic greens, southern style pickled beets, hearts of palm, toasted sunflower seeds with a balsamic herb vinaigrette,

CEASAR SALAD with hearts of romaine, local cherry tomatoes, oil cured olives, carmelized onions, asiago cheese and truffled croutons

ENTREE COURSE~ Your guests will be able to choose amongst four entrees as suggested below. We can accomodate most dietary, culinary or budgetary preferences - just let us know yours and we'll create your special menu today!

"MONGOLIAN STYLE" BERKSHIRE PORK CHOP (Minnesota) mashed NC sweet potatoes, balsamic glazed cabbage," bacon jam" and a sweet & tangy balsamic, plum BBQ jus

WOOD GRILLED HALF OF DEBONED FREE RANGE CHICKEN over goat cheese mashed potatoes, spicy garlicky caramelized broccoli and a wild mushroom hunters' sauce

WOOD GRILLED SALMON over four cheese creamy grits, southern style collards with a three tomato-citrus-basil-aged balsamic compote

WOOD GRILLED "BASBEBALL CUT" BEEF SIRLOIN STEAK - or - NY STRIP STEAK - or - BEEF TENDERLOIN (add $5) with loaded mashed potatoes, baby green beans and a blue cheese balsamic vinaigrette

DESSERT~ You may pre-select for your guests one dessert from our regular dessert menu or we can create an assorted dessert platter - one for each table - featuring our most popular desserts for your guests to serve themselves from.

BEVERAGES~ We can serve a variety of wines from our glass pours or you can pre-order from our extensive wine list. Premium liquors, interesting cocktails and a large selection of imported and domestic beers are readily available from the bar and we can provide an "open bar" or we can set up a "cash bar" for your guests. Non alcoholic beverages are charged as ordered and are not included in the prix fixe menu price.
