About Private Dinner Parties

Let us create a personalized menu just for your own private dinner party! Our private dining rooms can accommodate groups from 12 to 65. This room can accommodate special features such as anything from audio visual equipment to live music which would make this a perfect location for a dinner program presentation, rehearsal dinner, anniversary/birthday bash, family celebration, fundraiser or wedding reception! Our sample menus (prix fixed or otherwise) give an idea of the breadth of what we can offer and are subject to minor changes at any time. Please advise us of any special dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate them. Private room reservations may require a Food and Beverage (F/B) minimum for the exclusive use of the room. F & B minimums vary based on the season and/or day of the week and will be negotiated and finalized when booking your reservation. They range from $1250 - $2500 for the "Airlie Room" and $1500 - $3500 for the "Parkway Room". We can designate any shortfall to “room rental” or "unmet minimum" - gratuity and sales tax is not charged on any shortfall balance assessed except when "no show" criteria is met (see contract).

MENUS ~ "OPTION ONE" and "OPTION TWO" (samples are on previous page) are pre fixe menus that you create for your guests and are available for groups of 15 or larger. For groups of any size, small or large, we can offer a limited version of our regular nightly menu (OPTION THREE) and will charge "as ordered". We are also delighted to create your own special menu based on your budgetary requirements and culinary preferences.

"OPTION ONE" PARTY MENU (PRICES AND DETAILS) ~ Create a three course menu for your guests to enjoy....$48 per person, minimum 25 guests. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability and chef's whims. Price doesn't include beverages, 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity. *Private room reservations and subsequent pricing may be subject to "food and beverage" minimums.

"OPTION TWO" PARTY MENU (PRICES AND DETAILS)~ Create a four course menu for your guests to enjoy....$65 per person, minimum 15 guests. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability and chef's whims. Price doesn't include beverages, 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity. *Private room reservations and subsequent pricing may be subject to "food and beverage" minimums.

"OPTION THREE" PARTY MENU (DETAILS) This may be the easiest option of all! ... your guests order off of a "limited version" of the regular nightly menu offered in the main dining room. The Chef will limit only as necessary to accommodate our ever changing nightly menu and you will be charged "as ordered" vs a "prix fixe" rate per person. The menu can be personalized to accommodate any preferences or let us make the selections for you. Price per person may range anywhere from $45 (minimum) to $65 per person depending upon the number of courses offered and the selections made. Estimated prices do not include beverages, sales tax or gratuity. This option is available for groups of any size. *Private room reservations and subsequent pricing may be subject to "food and beverage" minimums.

BEVERAGES~ We can serve a variety of wines from our glass pours or you can preorder from our extensive wine list. Premium liquors, interesting cocktails and a large selection of imported and domestic beers are readily available from the bar and we can provide an "open bar" or we can set up a "cash bar" for your guests. Non alcoholic beverages are charged as ordered and are not included in the prix fixe menu price.

DESSERT~ You may pre-select for your guests one dessert from our regular dessert menu or we can create an assorted dessert platter - one for each table - featuring our most popular desserts for your guests to serve themselves from.

DETAILS ~ There is a $1.50 per person cake cutting charge for desserts brought in. Special wine orders gladly accommodated but we regret we cannot allow any wines brought in.

ROOMS ~ There are no set-up fees or room charges but there may be a food and beverage minimum specific to each room based on the seasonality and the day of the week. When a minimum is required, this will be discussed at the time the reservation is made. Any food and beverage minimum not met will be charged as "room fee" or "unmet minimum".

HOLDS, CANCELLATIONS AND "NO SHOWS" To confirm your private room reservation, we require a signed contract and/or credit card authorization. Cancellations made on or before the confirmed event date may result in the following charges: More than 30 Day Notice = No Additional Charge* (although any deposits made may not be refunded); 15-30* Day Notice =$250; 3-15 Day Notice = $500; 72 Hours or less Notice = $750. *30 day notice required for weekend or closed events order to be penalty free. For events where the final number of guests is guaranteed and/or a F&B minimum is established, we reserve the right to charge $50 per person (plus tip/tax) for each "no show" in lieu of enforcing an unmet minimum or charging room fee. A final guaranteed head count is required 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event. See contract for more details.
